To shop at Stormworks Studio do I have to register? If yes, why?


You need to register at Stormworks Studio so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. We keep you updated on your orders and refunds through email. Though we allow you to shop as a guest, we automatically register you.




How do I register myself?


You can register yourself by entering your email address and clicking on this SUBSCRIBE button. Once registered, you can enjoy regular updates and services from Stormworks Studio.




Is my personal information secure at Stormworks Studio?


Please be rest assured that your information is secured with us. Please do refer to Privacy policy for further information.




How can I use the discount Coupon that was provided to me?


Add product/s to your cart and proceed to check out and enter Coupon code in apply promo code section.




Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?


We do not want to restrict you from shopping at your favorite online fashion store and thus there are no restrictions on quantity that you can order.




What payment methods are accepted at www.stormworksstudio.com


We accept all globally recognized cards such as Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards. We also have an option to checkout with PAPAL.




Is tax being charged?


All products sold by www.stormworksstudio.com do not include any Tax in the prices indicated. However, It would be your responsibility to check that local import tax or any other duties applicable to place where your products are being shipped to.




Can I cancel an order?


To canyour orders, you are required to contact our customer care team by email (info@stormworksstudio.com) not later than 24 hours from the time the order was placed. and they will try to assist you with same however we cannot guarentee that your request for a cancellation of your order will be successful. You will however be contacted by email to inform you about the status of your cancellation request.




Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?


Each order is shipped only to a single address. However, if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may do so by placing multiple orders.




How can I track my order?


Once you order has been dispatched, the shipment details are emailed to you, which you can track on the respective courier’s website.




What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?


Due to the impact of the COVID -19, shipping time has increased due to the reduced number of flights operating globally. Depending upon your location delivery may take 10 to 31 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.




How do I return the product/s?


All products* sold by www.stormworksstudio.com have a 14 days full refund return policy. You can avail of this policy by sending an email to : info@stormworksstudio.com and we will inform you on how the refund can be provided to you.

(NOTE: *Products that are use for personal grooming, health care or personal hygiene cannot be returned or refunded)




How do I exchange the product/s?


We do not encourage exchange of products once purchased. However, by sending an email to : info@stormworksstudio.com, regarding the reason of your exchange, we may try to assist you. However, we do not guarantee an exchange.




What should I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?


We apologize for this however in a rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share photographs at info@stormworksstudio.com




What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?


We apologize for this, however in a rare case where you happen to receive a different product from what you had ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photograph at info@stormworksstudio.com




What are the refund options available to me?


We provide a full money back refund with 14 days, from the date you have received to product, Provide you had requested for a refund by email with 24hrs of receiving the product. After 14 days we will not provide any refund but do email us at: info@stormworksstudio.com and we will see how best we can help you.




Will I get refund of my Shipping Charges in case of return?


No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
